Our favorites were:

Ann: Kumamoto from Humboldt Bay, CA (rope grown , species : Pacific) smooth buttery texture and sweet flavor.

Bill: Eld Flat from Southern Puget Sound, WA (rack and bag, species: European) Salty and slightly sweet with a metallic finish.

Cameron: Pearl Point from Netarts Bay, OR (suspended tray, species: Pacific) fairly salty with a crisp, clean flavor.

Marc Eld Inlet Petite from Aspy Bay, Nova Scotia (beach grown, species: Eastern) briny, delicate and crisp with a sweet finish.

Others we were happy with:

Nootka Sound from Vancouver Island, BC

Snow Creek from Discovery Bay, WA

Westcott Bay Petite from San Juan Islands, WA

Cortez Island from (yeah, you guessed it) Costez Island, BC

And finally, ones we'd pass on:
